Building solid and flexible technical foundations for the product. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior MERN Full Stack Developer with a proactive mindset and a product-focused approach. Your mission will be to propose, research, and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), integrating cutting-edge technologies and Artificial Intelligence to rapidly validate business ideas. **Your Key Challenges:** * **End\-to\-End Development:** Participate in building complete web applications (Frontend and Backend) — from initial architecture through to deployment. * **Innovation & AI:** Integrate AI services (LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic) and third-party APIs to create disruptive solutions. * **Agility:** Build robust yet flexible technical foundations (base UX/UI and scalable code) so other teams can refine the final product. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field — **Graduated** (Applicants without a degree will not be considered). * **Experience:** 0–3 years (verifiable academic, personal, or professional projects). **Desired Technical Stack:** * **Frontend:** React 18\+ (Hooks), TypeScript, Tailwind with shadcn and TanStack Query. * **Backend:** Node.js and Express (or basic NestJS), REST API design, and familiarity with GraphQL. * **Databases:** MongoDB (Mongoose), and general knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis. * **Security:** Implementation of JWT, OAuth, and tools such as Clerk or Auth0. * **Tools:** Git Flow, GitHub Actions, basic Docker, and deployment on Vercel, Netlify, or AWS. **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **Collaborating with the team:** Design product architectures and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to define requirements. Integrate third-party services (payments, authentication, storage) and AI services. Participate in code reviews and technical handoffs to scaling teams. * **Day-to-day (Technical Responsibilities):** Build React interfaces using reusable components. Develop server-side logic with Node \+ Express and GraphQL. Operate and model data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Configure CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
