A company dedicated to the production of bakery and pastry supplies is seeking: Warehouse Preparer (Order Picker / Forklift Operator). **Job Objective:** Ensure proper order assembly, picking, and distribution—both local and external—using manual handling equipment and forklifts, performing stacking, palletizing, stock rotation, and goods recovery in compliance with the company’s food safety, quality, and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out assigned tasks per the department’s corresponding schedule (loading, unloading, and rack placement). * Operate forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks safely and efficiently, verifying compliance with safety regulations to protect racks, goods, and pedestrians. * Assemble, arrange, palletize, and conduct inventory of orders, ensuring pallet stability, correct product rotation (FIFO), and allergen control in assigned zones. * Supply, transport, and transfer raw materials and finished products to production centers or distribution routes, following prior coordination with the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verifiable operational experience in a warehouse (order picking, packaging, or general assistant), supported by employment certificates. * **Technical Knowledge:** Safe forklift operation. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,379; net salary of $10,221 (payments via HSBC) * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,200 * Direct employment contract with the company * Growth opportunities **Rotating Shift Schedules:** * **Morning Shift:** Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00 hrs; Saturday, 06:00–12:00 hrs * **Afternoon Shift:** Monday–Friday, 14:00–21:30 hrs; Saturday, 12:00–18:00 hrs * **Night Shift:** Monday–Friday, 21:30–05:00 hrs; Saturday, 15:00–21:00 hrs *(Note: Shifts rotate every two months)* Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
