Responsibilities * Preparation and quality: Serving coffee and various beverages while consistently meeting specialty standards. * Customer service: Providing warm, prompt, and personalized service to the public, advising them on our menu. * Operations and payment: Operating the point-of-sale system and accurately charging for beverages and food. * Area maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness, order, and impeccable hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work materials at all times. Requirements * Experience: Proven prior experience working as a Specialty Barista. * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in coffee supplies, coffee processes, and calibration of extraction methods (espresso and manual methods). * Soft skills: Excellent service attitude, proactivity, organization, and strong verbal communication skills. Schedules and Conditions We offer an hourly pay structure with shift options to accommodate your operational needs. * Shift 1: 9:00 am \- 2:00 pm * Shift 2: 2:00 pm \- 10:00 pm * Rest day: 1 paid rest day per week.
