Job stability **Job Description** We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Food Division, responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising warehouse operations, guaranteeing proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of raw materials and food products for daily operations. The position ensures timely material availability, efficient inventory control, and compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and sanitary regulations. * Responsibilities * Manage and control inventories of raw materials, components, and supplies. * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Coordinate physical and cycle counts, ensuring record accuracy. * Monitor expiration dates, product rotation (FIFO / FEFO), and shrinkage. * Ensure timely supply to production. * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards. * Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Quality departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as Warehouse Manager or Supervisor. * Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. * Prior experience in the food industry or a regulated environment is desirable. * Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel**. * Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site. **Competencies** * Planning and organization * Leadership and teamwork * Information control and analysis * Adherence to guidelines * Decision-making under pressure * Effective communication **We Offer** **Job stability** * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Integration into a leading company in the food industry Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
