Performance-based bonuses **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT – FOOD INDUSTRY** Location: Mixiuhca A Mexican company with over 70 years of experience in the production and distribution of dairy products is seeking to hire an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with operational expertise in the food industry. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient warehouse control, guaranteeing proper inventory handling, compliance with sanitary regulations, and supervision of operational staff. **Responsibilities:** * Inventory control and administration * Implementation of the FIFO inventory system * Supervision of operational staff * Coordination of product inbound and outbound logistics * Compliance with hygiene and industrial safety standards * Support during audits and physical inventory counts **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse supervisor in food companies (mandatory) * Knowledge of inventory control and product rotation * Hygienic handling of food and industrial safety practices * Personnel management skills * SAP knowledge (desirable) * Flexible working hours availability **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000 net monthly * Performance-based bonuses * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Growth opportunity Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
