Ongoing training and growth opportunities **Job Objective:** Provide direct customer service during the vehicle rental process, ensuring an agile, clear, and satisfactory experience, as well as achievement of sales and additional service targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers at the counter, lounge, or airport. * Manage reservations in the system. * Explain rental terms, insurance policies, and coverage details. * Prepare and finalize lease agreements. * Sell add-on products (insurance, accessories). * Verify customer documentation (driver's license, credit card, identification). * Coordinate vehicle delivery with the operations team. * Follow up on vehicle returns and contract closures. * Resolve basic inquiries, complaints, or incidents. * Meet sales and customer service performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Experience: 1 year in customer service or sales (preferred). * Languages: Basic/intermediate English (mandatory for airport locations). * Basic computer skills. * Flexible availability for work schedules. **Competencies:** * Excellent customer service orientation * Strong verbal communication skills * Sales orientation * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving skills * Service-oriented attitude **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities
