Our marketplaces, SaaS and AI tools simplify daily tasks and help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently, so they can focus on what really matters: caring for their patients. **Job Description** The Customer Success Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at strengthening the skills and knowledge of the Customer Success team. Their primary objective is to ensure that Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, and other members of the department have the tools, methodologies, and knowledge necessary to maximize customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver training programs for new members of the Customer Success team. * Create training materials (manuals, guides, videos, e-learning courses, etc.) tailored to different experience levels. * Collaborate with internal teams to keep training content up to date according to new features or policies. * Measure and analyze the impact of training using performance metrics (internal NPS, adoption rate, productivity). * Facilitate individual or group coaching sessions to reinforce specific skills. * Implement internal certification programs for Customer Success teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field. * Intermediate or advanced level of English. * Excellent communication skills. * Organizational skills, empathy, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** * **Nice to Have:** * Startup experience. * Training / learning methodologies.
