**Main Responsibilities** ·Control public, technical staff, and artistic personnel access to the theater. ·Verify tickets or credentials at entry zones in coordination with box office staff and ushers. ·Monitor internal and external areas (lobby, auditorium, dressing rooms, parking lot, emergency exits, etc.). ·Conduct preventive patrols before, during, and after performances. ·Detect and report suspicious behavior, abandoned objects, or hazardous situations. ·Coordinate actions during emergencies (evacuation, first aid, fire outbreak, disturbances). ·Assist in crowd control during audience entry and exit. ·Safeguard technical equipment, stage sets, and other theater property. ·Prepare incident reports and maintain an up-to-date security log. ·Collaborate with police or emergency services when required. **Personal Profile** · Age: Preferably between 25 and 50 years old. · Good physical condition and professional appearance. · Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with the public. · Calm, firm, and respectful demeanor in challenging situations. · Commitment to safety culture and the theater’s reputation. · **Knowledge:** o Access control and surveillance procedures for public venues. o First aid and evacuation protocols. o Operation of radios, detectors, fire extinguishers, and security cameras (CCTV). o Basic customer service standards. · **Competencies:** o Assertive communication and courtesy. o Ability to work under pressure. · Observation, judgment, and self-control. Responsibility, integrity, and discretion **Job Requirements** · **Education:** Completed secondary school (technical training in security or surveillance is desirable). · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in security for public establishments, events, cultural centers, or performances. . Live within a maximum 40-minute distance from the Tent .
