Development of interior design projects and 3D modeling **Rendering Architect / Interior Designer** An interior design firm specializing in the design and development of interior projects is seeking a **Rendering Architect or Interior Designer** to join its team. **Requirements:** * Age: **22 to 36 years** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture or Interior Design** (student completing degree or graduate) * Experience in interior design * Proficiency in **3ds Max** and **Corona rendering** is mandatory * Proficiency in: **AutoCAD** * Ability to prepare and interpret **construction drawings** * Experience or skills in **sales, construction, and client service** * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and organizational ability **Responsibilities:** * Development of interior design projects * 3D modeling and render production * Preparation of architectural drawings * Client service and follow-up * Support in sales processes, site visits, supervision, and project closure **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$12,000 to $16,000** (based on experience) * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, and rotating **Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.** * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional growth * Statutory benefits Employment type: **Full-time** Employment type: Full-time, probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work location: On-site employment
