The objective of this position is to **promote our academic offerings and achieve enrollment closures**, providing close and personalized follow-up to each prospect. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Demonstrable experience in sales or educational advising (preferably at the undergraduate level). * **Excellent appearance** * **Education:** Completed high school (certificate required). * **Key competencies:** * Results orientation * Achievement of monthly targets * Excellent communication skills **Functions and responsibilities** * Conduct active prospecting and follow up with potential customers until sale closure. * Manage and update prospects using the CRM platform. * Recover and reactivate customer portfolios. * Provide personalized attention to prospects and students. * Direct on-campus contact (face-to-face). * Continuous follow-up via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. **Working conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Estimated monthly income:** $12,341 (gross). * **Work location:** Gustavo A. Madero, 10 minutes from Indios Verdes. **Benefits and compensation** * Commission structure based on target achievement with **no caps** (average additional income of $3,000 to $6,000). * 10% punctuality bonus. * 10% attendance bonus. * Food vouchers: $840 per month (electronic card). * Statutory benefits: IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and vacation premium. * Work tools: computer equipment and mobile phone.
