Join our team at Motornation Tuxtla Gutierrez **Job Objective:** Plan, organize, and direct all company operations to achieve its profitability targets and the goals set by the Brand Director; train and lead all staff to meet departmental goals, such as revenue from vehicle sales, service, and parts, profitability, customer loyalty, and maintain the dealership in optimal condition according to the brand’s corporate image. **Specific Job Functions:** * Establish sales targets and objectives for vehicles, workshop, and parts. * Achieve sales targets and objectives for vehicles, workshop, and service. * Establish and supervise performance standards. * Meet with agents from each area to monitor progress toward monthly objectives. * Meet with the General Manager and Brand Director to develop and monitor monthly sales, productivity, and commission forecasts, presenting the best strategies. * Address and resolve customer complaints. * Develop marketing and advertising campaigns in coordination with Marketing. * Provide ongoing training on systems. * Support the sales force during pre-scheduled visits to close sales. * Assess the feasibility of selling new products and document such information. * Prepare monthly performance reports. * Monitor the daily operational control report on a daily basis and implement necessary adjustments. * Review all purchases and internal charges. * Hire and supervise dealership staff. * Resolve staff incidents or queries in coordination with the General Administration Department. * Ensure the dealership holds all valid local authority permits and comply with applicable legal regulations related to the automotive industry, in coordination with General Management and Internal Audit. * Authorize and supervise proper onboarding and offboarding of staff. * Liaise with local, state, or federal authorities and immediately inform the Internal Audit Department. * Perform all other duties inherent to the position.
