The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily production operations, ensuring compliance with established plans, quality and safety standards, and proper use of machinery and equipment. This position requires availability to work the scheduled shifts and, if necessary, adapt to shift rotations according to operational needs. Experience in supervising manufacturing processes, team leadership, and implementing workplace organization and continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.
