Team leadership and continuous improvement PLANT MANAGER – Hielo Ideal S.A. **Salary:** $30,000\.00 MXN gross per month Job Description At Hielo Ideal S.A., we are looking for a **Plant Manager** with experience in industrial and operational processes, focused on results, team leadership, and continuous improvement to oversee ice manufacturing and distribution operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates correctly, maintaining operational productivity, equipment maintenance, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Plant Manager or Plant Supervisor. * Knowledge of: * Industrial refrigeration. * Water treatment. * Production and distribution. * Inventory control. * Management of operational and administrative staff. * Ability to lead work teams. * Flexible working hours. * Handling of operational KPIs and reporting. * Problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills. Main Responsibilities * Supervise overall plant operations. * Coordinate ice production and distribution. * Ensure proper operation of industrial refrigeration systems. * Supervise water treatment and quality processes. * Control inventory of raw materials, finished products, and supplies. * Manage operational staff, delivery routes, and shifts. * Implement continuous improvement strategies and process optimization. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
