At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a ***Jr. Implementation Engineer*** — Join us! **Requirements:** * Graduates in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V). * Basic networking knowledge. * **Availability to conduct on-site visits to clients (Mandatory).** * Basic knowledge of SQL database management fundamentals. * Basic networking knowledge. * **Fundamentals of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Linux) — ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot common issues (Mandatory).** * Logical and analytical thinking for solving technical problems. **Responsibilities:** * Contact clients by phone to coordinate and manage delivery of requested services. * Ensure implementation quality through execution of the test matrix and pre-installation checks. * Accompany clients on-site or remotely during operational startup, if required by business needs. * Provide support services arising from changes implemented by the implementation team. * Prepare physical and virtual servers, if required by business needs. **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, and **rotating overnight on-call duty with the implementation team for after-hours activities.
