Talent acquisition, organizational development, and labor relations GRUPO AJUSCO, a leading company in the graphic arts industry, is seeking: Human Resources Generalist To act as the direct link between management and operational staff across our 3 production plants. To comprehensively manage Human Resources processes—including talent acquisition, personnel administration, organizational development, and labor relations—to ensure compliance with internal policies and support the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment processes (candidate screening, face-to-face interviews, administration of psychometric tests) * Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires understand safety regulations and company culture. * Floor Presence (Staff Support): Conduct regular visits across all 3 plants to address staff inquiries, distribute uniforms/PPE, and resolve conflicts. * Implement team integration activities and internal communication initiatives to reduce turnover and strengthen employee engagement. * Support collection of payroll-related incidents (attendance, tardiness, leave requests), ensuring objectivity.
