Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the bank’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing that systems, servers, networks, and applications operate optimally to support daily operations and deliver continuous service to both internal teams and customers. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, information security, and regulatory compliance for the bank. What will you do in this role? Monitor the proper functioning of IT systems, servers, networks, databases, and other critical components of the technological infrastructure. Ensure the stability and security of network connections, managing data traffic among the bank’s various departments. Resolve connectivity incidents and manage internal and external communications. Respond immediately to failures or critical incidents to restore services in the shortest possible time. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and sensitive data (encryption, firewalls, access controls, etc.). Record, document, and track incidents, maintaining a detailed history for analysis and continuous improvement. Collaborate with technology providers on infrastructure improvement and modernization projects when required. What are we looking for? A professional with a degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Experience in managing technological infrastructure, networks, and critical systems. Knowledge of information security and operational continuity. Ability to work cross-functionally across various areas of the bank.
