Results-oriented approach and problem solving Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Mar 18, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Description: **Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Ensure the national fleet remains in motion to meet operational logistics requirements. * Proactively secure the release of units impounded at impound lots. * Supervise the proper release of vehicles from impound lots and coordinate towing payments where applicable. * Manage insurance coverage to absorb costs when appropriate. * Supervise the execution of vehicle-related procedures (registrations, deregistrations, replacements, and license plate reissuances). * Validate documentation for all completed vehicle-related procedures. * Supervise towing and impound lot suppliers and monthly expense verification. * Supervise the management of local loading and unloading permits. * Supervise the annual fleet registration tax payment for TR2 fleet. * Supervise compliance with processes and performance indicators for internal and external managers. * Submit a weekly report on detained vehicles, including cause and committed delivery date. * KPI management **Required Competencies** --------------------------- * Team leadership and supervision * Negotiation and management with suppliers and authorities * Documentation organization and control * Results-oriented approach and problem solving * Operational indicator analysis * Effective communication
