




Join our team as a File Assistant. **Education** Completed, incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree in Archival Science, Library Science or related field. **Experience** Minimum 6 months of experience in file control and digitization. **Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate Excel (cross-referencing, data entry, formula handling) * Valid driver's license and ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles **Responsibilities** * General: Manage documentation produced by the Accounting and Daily Revenue departments to improve efficiency in identification, retrieval, and access to documentary support materials. Specific: * Receive and collect documentation from various departments. * Organize documentation according to the established classification system. * Archive and safeguard documentation in a logical and systematic manner. * Digitize documentation in accordance with internal requirements. * Provide documentation, information, status updates, etc., to requesting departments. * Perform technical processes (labeling, tagging, etc.) on documentation. **Work Location:** Av.
