International construction company **CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CONTROL** **Puerto Rico** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and restructure project budgets according to actual execution. * Develop physical schedules, billing plans, and cash flow forecasts. **Read and interpret contracts with clients and financiers.** * Identify and map profitable and non-profitable areas within a project. * Generate technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Prepare supplier and subcontractor comparative analyses. * Replan activities in response to construction deviations. * Analyze costs, margins, and financial impacts of project amendments. * Support payment management, warehouse tracking, and document control. * Participate in procurement processes and deviation analysis. * Conduct project accounting closures and reconciliations. * Consolidate information from multiple projects for global analysis. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 10 years of general professional experience and at least 5 years of specific experience. * Knowledge of construction company operations. * Experience in project management. * Advanced Excel proficiency and database management skills. * Document management expertise (SharePoint or other platforms). * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Ability to interpret technical, contractual, and financial information. * Effective internal and external communication (multilingual). * Organizational skills, prioritization ability, and problem-solving capability. * Proactivity and decision-making aptitude. * Teamwork orientation and synergy generation. * Active listening and results-driven mindset. **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Planning and Control. * English language proficiency: 100% mandatory. **COMPENSATION OFFER** * Monthly gross salary: $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience.
