Position Summary: Provide comprehensive care to physicians and patients by applying nursing care, administering medications, and maintaining clinical records. Key Highlights: 1. Management of clinical records and material control Provide care to physicians and patients by performing the following functions: 1\. Provide patients with basic comfort and hygiene needs. 2\. Deliver nursing care to assigned patients based on the nursing care process. 3\. Administer medications prescribed by the attending physician. 4\. Implement established medical therapies. 5\. Circulate procedures. 6\. Verify preparation, timely transfer, and execution of surgical studies, special treatments, and procedures for assigned patients. 7\. Know and apply, as applicable, the Mexican Official Standards relevant to their professional scope. 8\. Perform duties assigned by supervisors related to their function. 9\. Prepare nursing clinical records in accordance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM-004-SSA for clinical files. 10\. Conduct shift handover according to patient number and complexity, applying organizational policies and procedures. 11\. Request materials from warehouse and pharmacy to maintain established stock levels. 12\. Control materials, biomedical equipment, furniture, and work-area linens, reporting shortages and malfunctions. 13\. Receive and inspect the Crash Cart and perform defibrillator testing per established protocols. 14\. Complete logbooks and review medication and supply expiration dates. 15\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. 16\. Comply with general organizational policies and procedures. Always adhering to applicable regulations.
