**Contract Manufacturing Manager (Upper Garments Division)** **Requirements:** · Age: No restriction · Gender: No restriction · Academic Qualifications: · Minimum experience: 5 years · Availability to work flexible hours **Knowledge:** · Interpretation of technical specifications. · Quality standards · Multi-style garment construction · Garment breakdown **Responsibilities:** * Attend meetings with General Management for review of the production planner * Attract new contract manufacturers * Assign production orders to contract manufacturers * Maintain ongoing communication with contract manufacturers to resolve garment construction issues * Assign routes to contract manufacturing supervisors * Process payment requests to contract manufacturers * Review sample garments and approve counter-samples * In-depth knowledge of pattern making, industrial pattern making, cutting, and sewing * Interpretation of technical specifications * Understanding of garment construction processes * Knowledge of sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, collar attach, bartacking) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
