We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Lead the execution of BRET MVPs using agile methodologies, combining management and hands-on technical leadership to ensure production-ready deliverables in controlled pilot environments, meeting minimum security and regulatory controls, and ensuring transfer of reusable assets to scaling teams. **Each day you will face new and interesting challenges within your role, where you will be responsible for:** * Planning and coordinating agile execution of MVPs, ensuring scope, timelines, and delivery quality. * Managing and mitigating technical and security risks during MVP development and release. * Ensuring compliance with current DGAT policies and applicable controls for solution development and release. * Analyzing and designing technology architectures for MVPs aligned with institutional minimum guidelines and ready for enterprise-scale evolution. * Acting as a full-stack technical leader and directly contributing to development when necessary (Java/Python), including automation and orchestration. * Standardizing and ensuring technical documentation of assets (modules, containers, functions, architectures) for transfer. * Supporting for 1 month post-release (warranty period) for stabilization and resolution of findings, preparing handover to enterprise teams. **Requirements:** **Professional Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Years of Experience:** Minimum 7 years in software engineering and architecture; experience leading technical cells/teams is desirable. **Areas of Expertise:** Agile delivery; software architecture; full-stack development; containerization; Generative AI and Agent-based AI; DevSecOps practices; controlled releases to production. **Required Knowledge:** * Java and Python (service and component development). * ADK, MCP, and configuration-as-code (YAML) for orchestration and automation. * Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD and version control. * Decoupled architectures, microservices, and integration patterns. * Hybrid environments; GCP experience preferred. **Languages:** English (desirable). **Willingness to Travel:** Not required. **Willingness to Relocate:** Not required. **Desirable (nice to have):** * Certifications in GCP and/or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) and SRE/observability practices. * Experience with agent platforms, GenAI, and/or MLOps (evaluation, deployment, monitoring). * Experience in technological modernization and adoption of emerging tools. * Participation in technical communities and/or open-source contributions. * Design Thinking/Discovery to accelerate MVP definition and acceptance criteria. * Strong communication skills for interaction with Area Directors and Executive Directors.
