Position Summary: Support the pre-sales team in documenting and tracking low-complexity feasibility assessments in CRM, ensuring response quality and speed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support documentation and tracking of feasibility assessments in CRM. 2. Ensure information quality and expedite responses. 3. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers during periods of high demand. FEASIBILITY INTERNSHIP Support the pre-sales team in documenting feasibility assessments in CRM for low-complexity cases (on-net and out-of-coverage), ensuring adherence to committed customer response timelines. With support from pre-sales and sales administration, validate information quality by ensuring accurate data entry and making corrections as needed. Follow the feasibility workflow scheduled in CRM to accelerate responses and meet deadlines. Assist pre-sales engineers during periods of high feasibility assessment demand, expediting documentation and preventing response delays due to workload. Data entry for opportunities in CRM.
