With an expert eye for aesthetics and a strong commercial mindset, you bring the brand’s vision to life—presenting the collection in an inspiring way aligned with business objectives. Your work not only enhances the store’s visual appeal but also drives customer engagement and sales performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver outstanding customer experience through expert style advice, deep product knowledge, and a visually captivating in-store environment. * Interpret sales data and customer insights to define and execute the store’s visual direction. * Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity. * Style mannequins and create outfit combinations that inspire and influence customers’ purchasing decisions. * Execute sales floor merchandising in line with company guidelines to ensure consistent, commercially effective presentation. * Support the sales team in daily store operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience. * Establish and maintain high visual merchandising standards by training and guiding team members to ensure consistency. * Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element contributes to a memorable and engaging customer journey. * Lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to achieve outstanding visual standards. * Maintain regular communication with the regional visual team, providing timely feedback both to the regional team and store management team to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** * Customer-centric mindset: Understanding how to enhance in-store experience through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional service. * Visual merchandising standards: Ability to execute brand visual guidelines—including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation—to maximize commercial impact. * Fashion knowledge: Strong understanding of current trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with passion for translating them into attractive visual displays. * Commercial awareness: Experience using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and improve store performance. * Leadership: Experience leading teams or supervising others is an advantage. * Communication: Experience organizing teams, delivering constructive feedback, and guiding others to improve performance and service standards. * Adaptability and flexibility: Capable of responding to shifting priorities and customer requests. * Eagerness to learn: Open to continuous learning and actively seeking personal and professional development opportunities. * Comfortable working varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. * English language skills **Additional Information** * This is a full-time position of 48 hours per week. * Apply by submitting your CV in English as soon as possible, but no later than 12.31.25 **Benefits:** We are committed to supporting our employees with a range of attractive benefits and valuable development opportunities.
