We are currently seeking: ***MAINTENANCE MANAGER*** **What do you need?** * Degree: Industrial Engineer\-Industrial Maintenance * Experience as maintenance manager, supervisor, or coordinator ***Responsibilities*** * DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS. * REQUEST QUOTATIONS FOR PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, AND TOOLS. * ANALYZE HYDRAULIC, ELECTRICAL, MEDICAL GAS, SANITARY, VENTILATION, ELEVATION, AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS. * ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF COMPANY EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES * MANAGE PERMITS AND DOCUMENTATION WITH AUTHORITIES AND SUPPLIERS * ADMINISTER MAINTENANCE RESOURCE CONSUMPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNUAL BUDGET * ANALYZE HYDRAULIC, ELECTRICAL, MEDICAL GAS, SANITARY, VENTILATION, ELEVATION, AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS. **What do we offer?** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $20,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
