Effective communication and teamwork. **SíRH CONSULTORES is seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist with Linux and Asterisk experience in Narvarte Poniente \- Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Main Responsibilities * Receive, log, and track support tickets (Level 1 and 2\). * Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalating complex cases when necessary. * Administer users, licensing, databases, and servers. * Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate with the platform team. * Keep the ticketing system up to date and report support metrics.
