With over **300 successful projects** nationwide and internationally, we deliver comprehensive solutions covering **surveying, soil mechanics, architecture, civil works, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering**. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and engineering projects. * Supervise compliance with project **scope, schedule, budget, and quality**. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical). * Manage resources, suppliers, and contractors. * Prepare progress reports and construction control reports. * Identify risks and propose technical and operational solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a **Project Manager** on construction and/or engineering projects. * Knowledge of **civil works, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering**. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** * Salary: $20,000 MXN gross monthly * Employment type: Full payroll registration * Statutory benefits * 15 days’ year-end bonus * 12 days’ vacation * 25% vacation premium * IMSS and Infonavit coverage * **10% productivity bonus** **Important:** * Monday–Friday: 8:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday: 8:00–14:00 hrs * **On-site work: Monterrey, Nuevo León** Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
