The developer is also required to respond to incidents, service requests and changes as identified and assigned and to work within a team to support the technical product owners, managers and Mexico Business Analyst. Key skills include RPG III, IV, LE development skills, effective communication, and the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues when urgent issues or requirements arise. ***Essential Responsibilities:*** Support to the Mexico Trade Compliance (Import Export/CIGMA) for Mexico affiliates * * Support to the electronic invoicing system interfaces (CIGMA/IE/COFIDI) in the Mexico Region * Income * Miscellaneous * Credit/debit notes * Transfer letters Non\-payment * Support to DENSO’s affiliates in Mexico in developing and optimizing processes to comply with Mexican government tax regulations * Handling incidents and service requests related to daily operations on local developments (Mexico region) and CIGMA system * Support and maintenance for the Sales interfaces (NAOPIP/No NAOPIP) on Mexico region * Support of physical inventory (Mexico affiliates) * Support and maintenance for printing kanbans and orderly labels in DNMX * Support and maintenance of interfaces requested by customs agents * Utilize change management tools to document and gate all changes that could affect production systems * Utilize source control tools and best practices while developing solutions * Learn quickly through on the job experience and structured training * Provide support and respond to production\-down emergencies 24/7 * Work in a hybrid agile environment * * Performs other duties as assigned. ***Minimum Level of Education*** ***:*** Associate’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field ***Experience*** ***:*** 3 years in software development (RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, OS/400\) 1 year in shipping and billing processes on the automotive industry (DNMX) 1 year in electronic billing, tax regulations and automotive customer’s addenda interfaces on Mexico region (DNMX/ASMX/HDMX) ***Minimum Level of Knowledge and Skills Required:*** * Knowledge of manufacturing automotive ERP Knowledge of RPG IV, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE language * Knowledge on AS400 utilities: SDA, RLU, SEU, PDM, DFU, DBU, DB2 SQL, FTP, WRKQRY, TURNOVER, ESEND, ABSTRACT. * Knowledge of shipping and billing process automotive industry * Knowledge on project manager tools * Experience in project development and documentation * * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. **͏** ----- **Do** * **Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by the client end user** * Service requests solutioning by maintaining quality parameters * Act as a custodian of client’s network/ server/ system/ storage/ platform/ infrastructure and other equipment’s to keep track of each of their proper functioning and upkeep * Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/ chat/ IMS), ensuring right solutioning as per the defined resolution timeframe * Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction * Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high priority tickets/ service * Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based on service requests * 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations * Provide application/ user access as per client requirements and requests to ensure timely solutioning * Track all the tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per the resolution time defined by the customer * Maintain timely backup of important data/ logs and management resources to ensure the solution is of acceptable quality to maintain client satisfaction * Coordinate with on\-site team for complex problem resolution and ensure timely client servicing * Review the log which Chat BOTS gather and ensure all the service requests/ issues are resolved in a timely manner **͏** ----- **Deliver** No Performance Parameter Measure 1\. 100% adherence to SLA/ timelines Multiple cases of red time Zero customer escalation Client appreciation emails **͏** ----- **͏** ----- Mandatory Skills: AS400 Operations .
