Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to connect talent with opportunities and accelerate selection processes, identifying sales profiles and managing mass recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. If you have a keen eye for identifying sales profiles, proven experience in mass recruitment, and thrive both in-office and in the field, we want to meet you. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (completed). * Solid experience is highly valued. EXPERIENCE * Minimum 5 years in recruitment and selection (agency, corporate, BPO, or contact center). * Demonstrable experience in: Operational mass recruitment (preferably in retail or call centers). Administrative profile selection. Job portal management: Pandapé, LinkedIn. Competency-based interviews (STAR methodology or similar). Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Preferred: experience in telecommunications, commercial distribution, or contact centers. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Selection and Interviews: * Situational interviews and Micro\-STAR for sales profiles. * STAR competency-based interviews for administrative profiles. * Interpretation of psychometric tests. * Role\-play as an on-site selection filter. Tools and Management: * Posting and managing job vacancies on Pandapé and LinkedIn. * Active sourcing: Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter. * Candidate management via WhatsApp Business. ✅ WHAT WE OFFER * Base salary: $14,000 \+ Punctuality bonus \+ Attendance bonus. * Bi-weekly payments. * Full statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, and more. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 19:00 (including 1-hour lunch break). * Work modality: In-person — Central office with field visits as needed (job fairs and on-site interviews).
