Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or technical culinary program; intern or incomplete studies accepted (mandatory). * Specialty: Traditional Japanese cuisine. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Chef or kitchen supervisor (NOT in hotels). * Availability to work until store closing. What You Should Know: * Restaurant administration. * FIFO inventory management. * Inventory utilization. * SAE system operation. Some of Your Responsibilities: * Maintain constant communication with the Manager, Captain, and Bar Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations. * Participate in receiving deliveries, verifying expiration dates, temperature, weights, and compliance with brand-established standards and specifications; immediately report any shortages or anomalies in raw materials. * Timely request necessary supplies and raw materials to ensure proper store operations and functionality.
