Transport guests to or from assigned destinations using hotel vehicles. Document all trips before departure and upon completion. Park the vehicle in the designated area when not in use. Inspect hotel vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Monitor tire pressure and fluid levels of hotel vehicles, and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate staff of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle-related incidents (e.g., damage, accidents) and submit incident reports to the manager or supervisor. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; conduct safety training and obtain safety certifications.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.5 kg) or its equivalent without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (33.75 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move at speeds required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways. Ascend and descend stairways and/or service ramps. Continuously use manual dexterity and motor skills, frequently employing both hands and fine motor functions. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
