A prominent security company is seeking: **QUALITY MANAGEMENT ANALYST** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Age: 20 years or older * Experience: 1 year of experience in ISO 9000, BASC, or other quality certification audits. Responsibilities: * Participate in functional requirements gathering sessions with various departments across the company. * Track incidents and improvement requests. * Coordinate data migration and document operational workflows. * Direct interaction with operational, administrative, and financial departments. * Administration of the Document Management System (master list, version control, retention periods, etc.). * Collect information for developing documents of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Monitor deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions. * Support root cause analysis and improvement plans. * Accompany external audits (clients, certifications, health authorities) as well as internal audits. * Generate reports, track findings, and action plans. * Maintain attendance records and evaluate training effectiveness.
