Participation in high-impact strategic projects. **Project and Change Management Analyst (PM \& CM)** **Corporate \| CDMX** On-site mode At Grupo Diagnóstico Aries, we continue growing and seek analytical, organized, and process-oriented individuals to join our projects and organizational transformation team. **What We Are Looking For?** ------------------ * Completed bachelor’s degree in administrative, engineering, computer science, economics, or related fields. * Experience in project management and monitoring. * Knowledge of business analysis and process mapping. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365\. * Desired experience with JIRA, MS Project, and Power BI. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement. * Intermediate to advanced English (B2\+) preferred. * Profile demonstrating organization, sense of urgency, and process follow-up. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Project and work plan monitoring. * Documentation and deliverables management. * Creation and monitoring of dashboards in JIRA. * Documentation of requirements and user stories. * Participation in agile ceremonies. * Monitoring of project KPIs and progress. * Support for change management initiatives and process improvement. * Management and control of change requests with PMO. **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Continuous development and learning. * Job stability. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects.
