




**Main Responsibilities:** **Payroll calculation and processing:** This includes the calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, vacations, disabilities, severance payments, and other earnings, as well as corresponding deductions (taxes, social security, etc.). **Incident management:** Record and process personnel incidents such as hires, terminations, salary changes, position changes, permissions, leaves, etc. **Preparation and delivery of payroll receipts (CFDI):** Generate Digital Fiscal Receipts via Internet (CFDI) for payroll and deliver them to employees. **Payroll tax calculation and payment:** Determine and pay payroll-related taxes (federal and state) on time. **Determination and payment of employer-employee contributions:** Calculate and pay contributions to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and other organizations. **Payroll software management:** Use electronic systems for payroll management, ensuring accurate data entry and processing in SAE, COMPAQi Payroll, Payroll C2K (Control 2000\), Microsip. **Payroll report preparation:** Generate periodic reports for management, finance department, and other areas with relevant payroll information. **Employee support:** Resolve employee inquiries related to their pay. **Maintenance of payroll records:** File and keep updated all documents related to each employee's payroll. **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure payroll processes comply with current labor and tax legislation. **Procedures with government agencies:** Carry out procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, Tax Administration Service (SAT), and other related agencies regarding payroll. **Registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT:** Perform corresponding employee transactions in the electronic systems of these institutions (IDSE, Virtual Desktop). **Severance and settlement calculations:** Determine payments due to employees upon termination of employment. **Benefits administration:** Manage food voucher payments and other benefits. **Payroll account reconciliation:** Ensure payroll records match bank and accounting transactions. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation related to payroll. Expertise in payroll software. Proficiency in **Intermediate Microsoft Excel** and other Office tools. Basic accounting knowledge. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Confidentiality and professional ethics. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
