Requirements: * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Experience: Minimum 2 years. * Age: 25 years or older. * Gender: Unrestricted. Responsibilities: * Enter supplier, plant, intercompany transactions, and print checks in the system to execute payments and/or generate checks. * Serve internal and external customers regarding check delivery, payment follow-up, deposit verification, etc. * Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports to monitor cash inflows and payment methods used to collect funds. * Prepare journal entries to control and record cash inflows and outflows. * File cash payment receipts to maintain supporting documentation for each invoice. * File check journal entries to maintain supporting documentation for each issued check. * Provisionally schedule supplier invoice payments to fulfill established payment commitments. * Prepare reports on returned checks, signed by the General Manager, to maintain control and supporting documentation.
