The ideal candidate must possess advanced knowledge of printing techniques and finishing processes. Prior experience in operating offset and digital presses, as well as in proof preparation and correction, is required. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to supervise and control the entire printing process—from plate preparation to final product finishing. We seek an individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address any unforeseen issues arising during the printing process. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be viewed favorably. The candidate must adopt a meticulous approach to ensure quality and precision in every project. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate’s physical presence at our facilities during operational hours. Long-term commitment is expected, along with availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends if necessary.
