Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading a team and providing direct support to client teams and their clients throughout the lifecycle, campaign coordination, and budget maintenance. The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end\-to\-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.**Job Description:** Actively participates in and maintains relationships with the Director, Media Operations and Client Team Leaders, and key partners across all brands Evaluates team performance in meeting client needs, including relevant metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), where applicable Leads performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities, ensuring operations are more effective for clients and businesses Leads the implementation of a continuous improvement culture to enhance client media operations in coordination with Media Operations and Performance Directors Leads the Shared Services team in executing root cause analysis and problem resolution activities Manages campaign timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly Drives maximum financial control in client media operations Manages the annual performance review and goal-setting process for direct reports. **Location:** CDMX – 1458 Avenida Insurgentes Sur**Brand:** Carat**Time Type:** Full time**Contract Type:** Permanent
