A national logistics sector company is seeking a **General Maintenance Technician** to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and support infrastructure reliability. Job Objective Ensure reliability and optimal performance of warehouse and corporate facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing safe and functional conditions. \- Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * General repairs (basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, curtains, ramps). * Maintenance of racking systems and operational warehouse areas. * Inspection of safety systems (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, first-aid kits, emergency exits). * Supervision of work performed by external vendors. * Inventory control of maintenance tools and materials. * Upload of evidence and tracking of the annual maintenance program. * Response to internal service orders. * Reporting of unsafe conditions and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements **Education:** Completed secondary school, high school, or technical degree. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in general maintenance (industrial, warehouses, or corporate buildings). **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic electricity. * Carpentry and drywall work. * General facility maintenance. * Operation of electric and manual tools. * Basic knowledge of electrical, ventilation, and plumbing systems. * Basic ability to read technical diagrams. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office. * Knowledge of safety and civil protection regulations (preferred).
