Planning, scheduling, and sense of urgency; SAP system knowledge; intermediate Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: Verify purchase requisitions for hospital materials, supplies, and medications based on maximum and minimum stock levels. Verify daily invoice entry reports in the system submitted by warehouses. Review material and medication movement (receipts and issuances) in warehouses. Measure the performance of supervised personnel using key indicators, verifying and analyzing obtained results. Ensure compliance with departmental and institutional policies and procedures.
