




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist to provide user assistance, manage computer equipment inventory, and coordinate with development teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Job Requirements:** Mandatory 3–4 years of experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools * Experience in technical support and user assistance. * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, shared folders, and print servers. * Ability to install and update software and applications. * Management of computer equipment and accessory inventory. * Skills in configuring and maintaining email accounts. * Ability to interact with users and team leaders. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and maintenance of computer equipment. * Tracking and closure of requirement and incident reports. * Coordination with the development team for escalation of requirements and incidents. * Weekend on-call support duties. * Interaction with users and team leaders to ensure optimal operation. **Duration:** Coverage for medical leave (1 month). **Work Environment:** Collaborative and dynamic. **Employment Type:** On-site. **Location:** 5 minutes from Metrobús station 20 de noviembre.
