Support for structured cabling and network organization Systems Support Assistant A leading wholesale hardware company is seeking a Systems Assistant Main Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Basic installation and configuration of hardware and software. * In-person and remote technical support and assistance to users. * Basic support for structured cabling and network organization. * Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. * Configuration of printers, networks, and peripherals. * Incident tracking and equipment management. * Support for inventory of computer equipment and systems. Requirements: * Technical degree or knowledge in Systems, Informatics, or related fields. * Knowledge of computer maintenance. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of networking and structured cabling. * Strong verbal communication skills and dynamic user support ability. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Basic knowledge of CCTV, VoIP, or network support (desirable). * Prior experience in technical support or help desk (desirable).
