Key Responsibilities: • Request quotations and record comparative analyses. • Generate purchase orders and track their status. • Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels. • Maintain communication with suppliers. • Generate procurement reports and performance indicators. • Oversee delivery timelines and documentation. Requirements: • Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. • Experience: 1–2 years in procurement or inventory management. • Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency; ERP systems (SAE, Odoo, Oracle). Competencies: • Cost analysis. • Organization and attention to detail. • Effective communication. • Supplier negotiation.
