Job Summary: Bambú Mobile is seeking an IT Project Manager to comprehensively manage software development projects, lead teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of deliverables. Identifies risks, proposes improvements, and ensures the quality of deliverables **IT Project Manager, 2\-3 years of experience in IT projects, 100% IMSS** At Bambú Mobile, the **IT Project Manager** is the professional responsible for end-to-end management of software development projects, establishing work plans and objectives, managing teams, making decisions, resolving conflicts, and delivering all agreed-upon outputs on time and to specification — from initial conception through execution and final closure. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Develop work plans aligned with each project’s phases. * Lead and coordinate the assigned team to achieve project objectives. * Identify and sequence project phases according to client needs and defined scope. * Monitor allocated project resources to meet established objectives. * Conduct analysis and propose optimal solutions for the client. * Monitor project KPIs: Time, Cost, Quality, Margin. * Manage project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.). * Follow the company’s established project management methodology. * Report project status to the PMO. * Identify project risks and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. * Maintain constant communication with the client and gather requirements. * Assign and track tasks for the team. * Propose process improvements and new developments to ensure project success. * Document business rules and processes. * Prepare deliverables and ensure their quality. * Maintain records of tasks assigned to the team. \*These are illustrative, not exhaustive. **Skills/Attitudes:** * Leadership. * Punctuality. * Effective communication. * Ability to listen and understand projects. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Efficiency and proactivity under pressure. * Decision-making. * Conflict management. * Teamwork. * Organized. * Passion for technology. * Proactive. * Commitment. * Self-confidence. * Positive attitude. * Responsible. * Independent. * Customer-oriented. * Ability to quickly integrate and assimilate organizational processes. * In-depth knowledge of software development. * Skilled negotiator. **Required Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree: Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 years as a Project Manager in IT projects. * Agile methodologies and SCRUM. * 2 years managing multiple concurrent projects. * Intermediate/Advanced English (minimum CEFR B2). **Benefits:** * Social Security. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Vacation bonus (Prima Vacacional). * Remote work (Home Office). * Training courses. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid; willingness to travel nationwide. * 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. * Monday to Friday. * 8-hour shift.
