Join our team as ***Financial Manager***: *Your responsibilities will include:* * Developing and maintaining financial models to enable analysis and provide useful information for strategic decision-making. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that enhance the organization's overall efficiency. * Collaborating on the development of the company's budget and annual operational plan, and analyzing actual results against the operational plan. * Analyzing financial performance against budget and forecasts. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and drive accountability across the organization. * Reviewing financial reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a similar role * Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field * Business intelligence (BI) tools * Financial analysis, modeling, and planning experience, preferably within a corporate finance environment * English proficiency at B2 level (Common European Framework) *We offer:* * Competitive monthly salary * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM.
