Job Summary: We are seeking a female security officer for a nightclub, responsible for access control, preventive surveillance, and implementation of protocols in cases of harassment or gender-based violence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive surveillance in exclusive areas 2. Implementation of protocols in cases of harassment or gender-based violence 3. Monitoring in sensitive areas Workdays: Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off. Schedule: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM. The responsibilities of a female security officer at a nightclub include access control through physical inspections of female patrons, preventive surveillance in exclusive areas, and rapid-response protocol implementation in cases of harassment or gender-based violence. * **Physical inspections:** Conduct body and bag searches on women entering the premises, ensuring detection of weapons, drugs, or prohibited items while maintaining respect and privacy. * **Identity verification:** Assist in age screening by requesting official identification to prevent underage access. * **Harassment protocols:** Serve as the first point of contact for women who feel vulnerable, harassed, or at risk within the venue. * **Monitoring in sensitive areas:** Supervise high-risk zones such as restrooms, hallways, and dressing rooms to prevent theft, substance use, or assaults. * **Emergency assistance:** Provide basic first-aid medical support and coordinate evacuation or emergency service intervention when necessary.
