Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the strategic design and initial implementation of a grantmaking organization, building social impact projects from scratch. Key Highlights: 1. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, making strategic decisions, and watching a project evolve from idea to action. * **What will you do?** For 6 months, you will be responsible for structuring and launching the grantmaking organization: **\- Strategic Design (first 2 months):** * Define the organization’s operational model * Design social programs (objectives, indicators, and budget) * Develop the fundraising strategy * Create institutional materials (pitch deck, presentations, dossier) * Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (SAT) * Prepare an executive folder and evidence of projects, such as testimonials, descriptive letters, social media posts, and materials demonstrating impact or results. **\- Initial Implementation (months 3\-6\):** * Execute initial fundraising activities * Build and manage relationships with donors and partners * Foster strategic alliances * Implement tracking tools (CRM or equivalent) * Establish operational foundations for the project’s continuity * **Who are we looking for?** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, International Relations, Sociology, Social Work, or related fields \- 3 years of experience in institutional development, consulting, or social projects \- Demonstrable experience in fundraising and creating projects from scratch. \- Experience in NGOs or authorized grantmaking organizations is desirable \- Familiarity with tax obligations of grantmaking organizations (SAT) * **What are we offering?** \- Temporary project for 6 months (continuation may be considered based on performance) \- Hybrid work modality \- Fees of $28,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 gross monthly (negotiable based on experience) If you are interested in leading the launch of a socially impactful initiative, please send us your CV and/or portfolio of projects.
