Improving the work environment and increasing staff retention **HUMAN CAPITAL COORDINATOR** **Position Objective**: Coordinate, supervise, and execute administrative and human talent activities to ensure the company has appropriately qualified, motivated, and trained personnel, complying with current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Age: 27 to 40 years. * Gender: Indistinct. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. (Degree holder) * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in a similar position. (Experience in the restaurant industry is desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proactivity and initiative. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Empathy. * Negotiation skills. * Leadership. * Results-oriented. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to newly hired staff to facilitate their integration and adaptation to the company in the shortest possible time and in a satisfactory manner. * Supervise department heads to ensure they properly and effectively train, integrate, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and motivate their team members. * Attend to employees, clarify doubts, identify and resolve internal grievances and conflicts jointly with department heads. * Collaborate closely with department heads, supervising and providing feedback on their leadership, negotiation, and motivation techniques and skills applied to staff. * Propose, develop, and implement integration activities and dynamics within each department and across departments to improve the work environment among employees and department heads. * Implement initiatives to increase staff retention. * Supervise compliance with working conditions for each position. * Supervise that disciplinary measures applied are justified and aligned with company policies. * Identify training needs, develop training programs, and implement them. **We Offer:** * Salary: $17,000 to $20,000 per month.
