We are currently seeking: **Human Resources Assistant** **Position Objective:** To support the administrative and operational management of the Human Resources department by collaborating in **recruitment and personnel selection**, personnel file management, and employee assistance, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the organization and achievement of its objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on various employment platforms. * Review resumes and coordinate interviews. * Support hiring and onboarding processes. * Compile and update employee files. * Prepare administrative reports and documentation. * Support the organization of training sessions and internal activities. * Maintain the employee database up to date. * Create and/or update Job Profiles and Job Descriptions **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience: Solid experience in recruitment and selection, particularly for operational profiles (cleaning staff, maintenance staff, receptionists). * Proficiency in Excel. * Proactivity. * Dynamism. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary between $12,000 and $14,000 * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM * Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM * Work location is 5 minutes from Agrícola Oriental Metro Station (Purple Line).
