Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant to provide maintenance and technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure, with emphasis on technical support and systems administration. Teamwork We are a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing waterproof garments; today we are expanding and seeking: Systems Assistant. \*Requirements: \- Experience in hardware and software infrastructure. \- Experience with computers, printers, and other equipment. \- Experience with CCTV systems. \- Experience with switchgear equipment. \- Experience in cabling and installation of technological equipment. \- Teamwork. \- Willingness to travel. \- Flexible availability. \*Responsibilities: \- Software maintenance, monitoring and updating of Office applications and licenses. \- Installation and maintenance of network equipment, printers, and copiers. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. \- Maintenance of switches, assignment and management of telephone lines on the switchboard. \- Server maintenance, email administration and assignment. \- Preparation and management of computer equipment inventories. \- Antivirus monitoring and updating. \- Providing technical support to administrative staff. \- Administration of the CCTV system. \*Education: \- Technical degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. \*Experience: 1 year \*Work Location: On-site employment \*Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday mornings.
