Required Skills: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields (completed or in progress). Ability to organize, track, and prioritize tasks. Strong written communication skills and document handling proficiency. Basic knowledge of legal and administrative regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proactive, responsible attitude with attention to detail. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles or document management. Preparation, control, and archiving of contracts, agreements, or other legal documents. Management of reports, official correspondence, and corporate documentation. Desirable experience in internal or external customer service. Incident reporting. Key Responsibilities: Execute document drafting and management, including preparation, completion, compilation, updating, tracking, and safeguarding of all documents required at any stage of the REPSE process. Compile, maintain, and update digital files for clients and staff. Track information and documentation requested by the REPSE Coordinator. Support the preparation and control of contracts, regulations, forms, reports, incident records, and logs. Record and monitor operational and payroll incidents—without authority to calculate or approve. Prepare biweekly logs and document-tracking reports. Respond promptly to operational communications, adhering to established timelines. Safeguard physical and digital documentation per internal guidelines. Report status updates on any administrative process to the REPSE Coordinator.
